The Enterprise Police Department is investigating the robbery of Wendy’s located on Rucker Blvd. At approximately 7:15 last night a black male approximately 6’ tall weighing approximately 130lbs, wearing a black hoodie jacket with a blue bandanna over his face, walked behind the counter and demanded money. He was armed with a chrome or nickel plated handgun. The suspect then ran out of the business and was chased by two customers. The suspect was last seen running into a wooded area off of Springdale Avenue in the direction of Camelot Villa Apartments. No one was injured during the robbery. Anyone with information concerning this robbery is asked to contact the Enterprise Police Department at 347-2222.
