The Enterprise Police Department is investigating a robbery that occurred Monday afternoon outside the Regions Bank on College Street. An employee of the Huddle House was dropping off a deposit bag shortly after 12:00 yesterday afternoon when he was approached from behind by a black male. The suspect knocked the employee to the ground, took the deposit bag and ran in the direction of Grubbs Street. The victim stated that the suspect appeared to be in his late 30’s early 40’s, approximately 5’11” tall, 180 lbs., facial hair, wearing a red, white and blue shirt and blue jeans. The suspect did not display a weapon. The victim was not injured. Anyone with information concerning this robbery is asked to contact the Enterprise Police Department at 334-347-2222. |
