The Enterprise Police Department is investigating the robbery of two individuals last night at 122 Geneva Highway. One of the victims was standing outside his residence when a silver Chevrolet Impala stopped next to him and two black males armed with handguns forced him back into his residence and robbed him of his money. During the robbery the second victim entered the residence with a friend and observed the robbery in progress. The friend of the second victim ran to a neighbors house and called police. While still inside the residence, the second victim was robbed of her money and cell phone. The victims were uninjured during the robbery. The victims were able to advise police that the Chevrolet Impala had a 38 county tag. The vehicle and suspects were located on the by-pass near the Huddle House. A search of the vehicle resulted in the recovery of two handguns, one was determined to have been stolen from Troy. Crack cocaine and marihuana was also recovered during the search. The two robbers were identified as QUENTIN WOODS and MICHAEL MCCLAIN, both of Troy, AL. The driver of the vehicle, TULITA MURKEY, was also charged with robbery first degree. A third passenger in the vehicle, CHRISTOPHER RANDOLPH of Enterprise, was charged with Possession of Marihuana First Degree. While at the police department, MICHAEL MCCLAIN escaped from custody while being moved from the jail to the interview room. He was located early this morning still in handcuffs.
